Nestlé kickstarted the new year with the launch of its new and improved NANKID OPTIPRO® through the “Discover Amazing Possibles” campaign, aimed at encouraging parents to help their children realise the best possible versions of themselves. 
The new NANKID OPTIPRO® is scientifically-formulated with a Hundred Million probiotics, as well as new revolutionary ingredient – 2’-FL Oligosaccharide, a type of carbohydrate derived from lactose to help improve children’s gut function.
Scientific studies also show that 2’-FL Oligosaccharide helps strengthen the gut wall, increase good bacteria in the gut and removes bad bacteria.
The launch is followed by a panel discussion with young parents – Mia & Joe, Madam Mary, Dietitian and Miss Katyana, Child Psychologist.
It was an insightful panel discussion on topics such as parenting, child nutrition and child development. Most importantly, I’ve learnt that the first five years of a child’s life are fundamentally important. They are the foundation that shapes children’s future health, happiness, growth, development and learning achievement at school, in the family and community, and in life in general. This is why we need to set the foundation right, as early as possible.
