One cannot visit Chamber’s Grill without indulging in their piece de resistance, that is The Tomahawk – a 1 to 1.3 kg slab of great quality beef. Here we have the Black Angus Grain Fed Tomahawk and Wagyu MBS7 Grain and Rice Fed Tomahawk, both from Victoria.
Tomahawk on grill is the most beautiful sight ever! Just look at those perfectly charred outer skin and rendering fats!
We were served onion focaccia with Mediterranean butter while the tomahawk is firing away. I’m so happy to tell you, this is one of the best steakhouse breads ever!
This is a decadent lobster bisque with beautifully rich, seasoned broth!

I chose steak fries and sauteed mushrooms as sides. The steak fries were so good that I couldn’t stop munching!
Chambers Grill serves four types of salt – red wine salt, truffles salt, smoked salt and fleur de sel. Customers can even bring the salt home, towards the end of their meals.
What better for your Instagram than a picture of you holding a giant piece of savory, crusty-seasoned beef on a bone? But there is more to the tomahawk than good looks.
The tomahawk is actually a large bone-in rib-eye steak cut. Because it is essentially a ribeye, the meat is so tender and well-marbled, which is great because there’s something special about the flavour and smell of cooked ribeye fat. It’s a true crowdpleaser for its rich flavuor and juiciness.
As for sweet ending, we had a show-stopping Baked Alaska Ice Cream Pie. Quite a refreshing end to a rich meal.
Hilton Kuala Lumpur has also welcomed back our very own Malaysian created cocktail, the Jungle Bird, to the Aviary Bar. The famous Jungle Bird cocktail was first created in KL Hilton (Jalan Sultan Ismail) as a welcome drink to hotel guests in the ‘70s, and now hotel guests can once again enjoy the drink in the cool surrounds of the new and improved Aviary Bar.
I’m so proud that KL, Malaysia is actually the home to such a popular tiki cocktail.
