This Ramadan, Four Seasons KL organised a meaningful buka puasa session with DYMM Tengku Permaisuri Norashikin, Tengku Permaisuri Selangor with physically challenged children from Tasputra Perkim and Taman Megah Handicapped Home at Curate, located at level 7A of Four Seasons KL.
There were 30 children from Tasputra Perkim, a multi-racial day-care training centre for special needs children, ranging from ages 2 to 32, from all races and religious background. There were also 20 children from Taman Megah’s Handicapped and Disabled Children’s Home, a non profit organisation providing an environment for the benefits of 150 children who are mostly disabled with down syndrome, autism, epilepsy, stroke, speech and visual impairments.
The children had a jolly good time savouring a Sajian Nusantara themed culinary spread, curated by celebrity chef Chef Dato’ Fazley Yaakob and Executive Chef Junious Dickerson. Tengku Permaisuri Norashikin’s presence also brought the children a lot of joy.
The children and other guests got to experience a myriad of flavours from Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, China and India with special selections such as Nasi Hujan Panas Rendang, Paru Goreng, Ayam Pop Sambal Hijau, Daging Masak Lemak Cili Padi and etc.
The selection of fresh seafood is bound to please seafood lovers and everyone looking for a refined meal.
The noodles station features various toppings such as scallop, mussels, fish cake, fish ball and more to go with your choice of noodles and soup base.
The hot food selection will tempt anyone, especially those who enjoy local home-cooked style dishes.
Chef Fazley’s signature menu will be available every evening at MYR 178nett per person from 6-12 May and 31 May-4 June, and at MYR 208nett from 13-30 May. Early bird discount of 20% is available for bookings made before 21 April 2019 with 50% deposits for 6 – 12 May and 31 May – 4 June.
