Back to The Lounge, I really love the feminine, romantic table setting for a special Valentine’s Day meal. The floral arrangement done at Fleur by RLD (at Four Seasons Shoppes) is gorgeous.

Avocado Rojak
We were thoroughly impressed! The rojak resembles gado-gado salad. The ingredients were being coated in the most flavourful and luscious peanut sauce. The addition of avocado brings a silky, creamy texture to the mix. The poached lobster claw were cooked to a sweet, tender buttery perfection.
Spring Chicken Confit
Our main course is another dish that infuse an ‘East-meets-West’ style flavour. The spring chicken confit is being marinated in a mixed herb paste that reminds us of percik sauce – great flavours and juicy meat. I love arancini and I love how the chef incorporated some coconut shreds into the rice. That smoked sambal potato puree offers some extra kick of flavours, so good!
Dragon Fruit Sorbet
Love is definitely in the air with those heart-shaped sugarcane gelee, how cute!
Sago Pudding
Filled with berries melange, caramelized gula melaka, coconut chantilly creme, this sago pudding dessert is a perfect sweet ending.
Wait, there’s more! The ladies received red roses and sweet macarons while the gentlemen got a “romantic surprise” in the form of a spa voucher. Thank you so much Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur for the memorable night.
