The selection of seafood was impressive. The freshly shucked oysters impart a soft brine flavor, with a buttery and sweet finish.
This unique buffet concept allows customers to chose from a wide selection of fresh seafood such as prawns, yabbies, crabs, king crabs, clams, razor clams, mussels and etc.
Fill them in a bucket and pass it to the chef where one gets to choose from a variety of sauces, including curry cheese, Sichuan chilli, sambal, rending and Thai coriander lime garlic.
Apart from fresh seafood in a bucket, the seafood bucket also offers 130 types of food on their buffet spread from the Szechuan Style Spicy Crab Meat Soup, Grilled Squid with Orange Sauce, Tiger Prawns with Cream Corn, Butter Crabs and etc.
We really enjoy having our seafood in Thai coriander lime garlic sauce. It was packed full of flavour and zing from the lime, ginger and chilli.
And of course, we need to wash everything down with something sweet. The chocolate fountain is a highlight here. I also love the amazing ice cream bar with a huge selection of toppings! The aiyu jelly is so cool and refreshing, perfect dessert after a heavy meal!
The bucked out seafood market buffet is available on every Friday and Saturday 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm at RM 149 nett .
