Ever since our first visit to Graze, Hilton KL for their weekend brunch, we kept comparing them to some of the hipster cafes in town. In terms of value and food quality, Graze @ Hilton KL is really hard to beat.
The weekend brunch is available every Saturday and Sunday from 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. Parking is FREE for patrons who dine in too.
The restaurant embodies such an amazing atmosphere: bright, white decor, glimmering lights, dark wood furnitures and a beautiful view of the city.
We revisited to try out their new menu. Graze changes their brunch menu every two to three months.
Every leisurely brunch deserves a good cocktail or a glass of wine.
Take your pick from the list of brunch cocktails here.
Iced Latte (RM12) & Orange Juice (RM15)
If you are in the mood for some wonderful breakfast pastries, here are some selections for you.
It’s especially comforting when that pastry is a fantastic, flaky and decadently buttery croissant. So good!
Homemade Fruit Flavoured Yogurt (choice of mixed berries, mango or passion fruit) RM 20
The homemade yogurt was quite ordinary, nothing to shout about.
Caprese Salad, Tomatoes and Mozzarella, Fresh Basil, Aged Balsamic (RM 30)
Can’t ever go wrong with ordering a caprese salad! What a refreshing start to our meal.
Sautéed tiger prawns, two onsen style poached eggs in glass, extra virgin olive oil, mixed cress, multigrain bread stick (RM 30)
The whites are soft and silky and the yolks are creamy, making them simply ideal for some bread dipping.
Ratatouille, fresh basil, single poached egg, parmesan on sourdough toast (RM 20)
Ratatouille is a vegetarian main dish that’s loaded with healthy vegetables such as eggplant, tomatoes, bell peppers, and zucchini. It’s soft on the palate and easy on the stomach; served with a poached egg and some crusty bread, it makes for a simply, hearty brunch.
Pan Fried Salmon and Snapper Fish Cake, Tartar Sauce (RM 40)
The salmon cakes have a crunchy exterior and a mix of fresh salmon and snapper for depth. A tangy tartar sauce finishes the dish!
Grilled Black Angus Sirloin Steak 120g, Bearnaise Sauce (RM 58)
Tender, juicy, delicious sirloin steak with smooth, creamy Bearnaise sauce and smoky roasted garlic. So good!
Grilled Black Angus Fillet Mignon 100g, sunny side up fried egg (RM 68)
The Filet Mignon is by far the most tender cut of beef, and it was being done perfectly! Again, those roasted garlic is addictive!
Decadent Valrhona Chocolate Souffle (RM 30)
The shuffle is totally worth the wait! It was delicate, light, and airy, like a puffy cloud. So good that we finished everything within seconds, and risk burning our tongues.
Hot pancakes, pear and berry compote, ice cream (RM 25)
Tall, fluffy pancakes make the best breakfast, especially when it comes with pear and berry compote and ice cream! What a great combination.
French Toast, seasonal fruits, maple syrup, creme anglaise (RM 25)
The French toast is browned and crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. It is not dry and it is not soggy. It has a rich, custard flavour and the presentation is so on point!
Graze, Hilton KL serves great brunch with good service and reasonable prices, what’s not to love? Highly recommended by us.
