Rejoice, fellow Sentul-ians! Three Little Birds have flown to Sentul East and built their nest in D7, a green and modern office block. In case you are wondering, Three Little Birds refers to the three musketeers behind The Artisan Roast fame. It is one of their latest spin-offs, apart from the Nowhereman Roaster at Jalan Telawi.
We were there on a quiet Saturday afternoon. I like how the space is bright and airy with plenty of sunlight streaming through the huge glass windows.
The wet-looking cement-rendered floor caught me by surprise. I thought we were walking on half wet mopped floor. The dark wood furniture here were mostly custom-made, creating a modern and minimalist looking space.
Three Little Birds takes their coffee seriously. You can buy house-roasted beans to take home and there’s even siphon coffee maker, coffee blender, etc for sale here.

KampungBoy’s order of flat white (RM11) was smooth with a nice nutty aroma.
My order of mocha (RM13) was divine! Made using single origin Kalingo 65 per cent Valrhona chocolate, this is probably the best of both chocolate and coffee worlds.
Tommy Le Baker’s sandwiches and pastries will be another reason why I love coming here. The ribeye steak on sourdough was warm, toasty, cheesy and filled with awesome bits of juicy rib eye bits.
Three Little Birds also carries cakes from some independent home baker. We could not find fault with our order of chocolate layer cheesecake (RM12), which was moist and creamy.
Tommy’s chocolate croissant was flaky, puffy, buttery and light – the way a croissant should be.
Three Little Birds will definitely be our favourite hang out spot. It is spotless, cosy, surrounded by lush greenery and run by wonderful people.
