We pampered ourselves with a spa session back at Be Urban Wellness this Valentine’s Day. The Dark Chocolate Indulgence Treatment which includes bath, scrub, wrap and massage session for 140 minutes was absolutely amazing. It is also rated as the most delicious body treatment by Harper’s Bazaar Spa Awards 2013. We were also blown away by an unobstructed 360 degree view of KL city from its lobby.
However, do you know that apart from spa treatment, Be Urban Wellness takes pride in their total wellness program. We had the opportunity to try out some of the free analysis provided by their consultants. They have some of the best machines with cutting-edge technology when it comes to body composition analysis. It tells you almost everything about your physical – fat content, muscle mass, bone mass, BMI as well as protein or mineral percentage.
Next in the line was postural analysis. Apparently, kampungboy is having a slight hunch problem and both his arms are also tilted towards the front.
Balraj, the manager explained in details about what went wrong and what are the treatment/exercises that KampungBoy needs to go through. Apparently, a few session of massage can correct his problems. He will also need to do more back exercises to strengthen his back and of course, self awareness is very important.
