Outdoor dining now comes with a side of fresh air at Persiaran Ritchie, just about 5 minutes drive from KLCC.
It is not hard to see why is That Latte Place so popular. Most people make the most of Malaysia’s great weather by heading to this small little café located in a park next to Yayasan Seni, where bucolic surroundings and good food shine.
The café is very family friendly with lots of space for small children to run. That Latte Place also welcomes the four legged family members.
We really enjoyed having our cuppa while watching kids play in the spacious yard, or playing with dogs belonged to some of the regulars here.

We spotted some chicken mushroom pie from the hot deli rack and could not resist ourselves from ordering it. It was small but filling, and tasted pretty decent.
Fajita “TLP” Style (RM 8.90) is actually chicken in mexican herbs sauce, classic pesto, capsicum and lettuce wrapped in pita bread. We did not enjoy it as the chicken pieces were dry and bland.
Our order of Classic Pancake (RM 6.90) was nothing to shout about too. The pancakes were a bit starchy and sticky, instead of being all light and fluffy.
We shared a piece of delicious lemon cheese cake (RM 5) to end our relaxing Sunday morning. The texture was light and smooth and the flavour just tangy enough to balance the sweetness.
All in all, That Latte Place offers a very pleasant environment for a relaxing day out. The food and coffee is decent (i.e., nothing to shout about) and I hope that they will soon expand their menu to introduce more varieties.
