20 Romantic Restaurants in KL to Celebrate Valentine’s Day

Whether you’re looking for that first date venue or somewhere to celebrate an anniversary, Kuala Lumpur boasts its fair share of good fine dining restaurants. This year we have chosen 20 romantic restaurants in KL that are guaranteed to make your dinner date a night to remember. The list consists of only restaurants that we have personally been to and tried. The service and food at each of these are remarkable and it is set to add some romantic flavours to your evening.

    2nd Floor Kitchen & Bar
There’s every reason to get excited about this new restaurant at TTDI called 2nd Floor that shares the same owners as Private Room Wine Bar and The Pawn Room Cocktail Bar. Inspired by their travels F&B experiences, the new restaurant offers wallet friendly contemporary Western cuisine.

If you are looking for a romantic fine(r) dining place or just want to chill with good food and a glass of wine that is within your pocket’s reach, please visit 2nd Floor and discover what’s inside this new restaurant. Their meat dishes (Iberico and lamb racks) wered particularly impressive!

Our favourite French Bistro, 2OX is manned by the same dream team behind Maison Francaise, our favourite French fine dining restaurant. Both MF and 2OX are our favourite places to enjoy French cooking, cocktails & wines. But yet, they differ so much in terms of character, ambiance and cuisine style. Their RM 120++ 3 course dinner menu is easily one of the most affordable French cuisine in town (with great quality).

Under the helm of Chef Jeff Ramsay who earned and retained a Michelin-star rating until his departure from Tokyo, Babe KL has grown by leaps and bounds throughout the year.
