Some of the thai-inspired tapas that we tried are Thai Fish Cakes, Pandan Chicken, Tom Yam Khung, Beef Phanaeng Spaghetti, Green Curry Chicken Pizza and etc.
Tom Yam Khung
Beef Phanaeng Spaghetti
This is an east meet west paste dish with beef strips, kaffir lime leaves and coconut milk. The gravy was delicious and flavourful but the beef strips were a tad too dry for our likings.
We were drooling while watching Chef Eric took out that pizza from the open flame brick oven.
Gaeng Khiao Wan
A modern mix of western and Thai recipes; this Thai flavoured pizza is loaded with green curry, chicken, thai basil, onion and mozzarella cheese. So delicious!
Lemongrass Beef Ribs is an interesting tapas dish. I can never imagine coriander, galangal, kaffir lime, cashew nuts, chili and fish sauce with beef ribs but the combination worked! My only gripe was that the beef ribs were not as tender as I would have expected.
Baked in Al Cartoccio (Italian cooking in parchment paper) style, the Thai Sea Bass is packed with great, robust flavour thanks to those lemongrass, chilli, kaffir lime, lemon and fish stock.
For desserts, we had two thai classics – tum tim rob and mango sticky rice.
