Finding a Perfect Home

    I’m sure that most of our readers who grow up together with us are going through the same phase of life that we are now experiencing – getting married, getting a property and forming a household.




























    A beachfront house or a farm house sounds like an ideal home for me and my famiy. We stayed in such properties during our family trip to Australia last year. But something is still lacking. There were not much amenities around.

    If you want to find the place of your dreams, you can’t be the kind of passive soul who just sits back and hopes for the best. A little bit of research and time is required.

    For us, a perfect home has to be:
    -located in a mature township
    -with quiet and tranquil environment
    -good access
    -built by a reputable property developer
    -surrounded by various amenities such as schools, shop lots, shopping malls, etc

    One such project that meets almost all of our requirements is Bandar Tasik Puteri @ Rawang, north to Klang Valley. It is a development project by the Low Yat Group. Who doesn’t know the Low Yat Group right? Other than retail properties, they have strong track records and good execution in residential property as well.











    I love its greenery environment, as it is adjacent to Tasik Puteri Golf & Country Club which is also belong to Low Yat Group.  Residents here get to enjoy the club house facilities too.











    It is located very close to the Interchange to the LATAR highway which will be completed in 2016, and it helps everyone to go KL from Rawang with just less than 20 minutes. Currently, PLUS or Guthrie highway can also bring us to Rawang in about 30 minutes. AEON Rawang and Kundang is just 10 minutes drive away.










    Spanning across 2670 acres, It is surrounded by established neighbourhood of Kuang, Kundang, Batu Arang and Rawang town.  From the master plan, it seems like Low Yat Group has got a lot more to offer in terms of future launches.

    Seiring East – Semi Detached houses House with land area of 40’ x 80’ and built up of 3173 sq. ft. Only 32 units are available and the selling price starts from RM 956,800. It is a fenced and guarded community with street CCTV

    My favourite and ideal home has to be the Seiring East due to its exclusivity with only 32 units available. The property size of 3000 over square feet also provides enough space and privacy for us, our parents and siblings. RM 1 mil sounds like an exorbitant amount but it costs only RM 300 per sq ft, a price that is almost impossible to be found in Klang Valley.
