Now that we just got married and are entering a new phase of life, we need to plan for our future. One of the major things that we are planning right now is to get a new house. Our current shoe box apartment is just nice for the two of us, but if ahem ahem a new family member, or maybe two come about, there isn’t enough space for everyone.
Hence, house hunting came into the picture. We recently went to visit the Seri Pajam project. It is developed by Seri Pajam Development Sdn Bhd, a property developer well known for their high standards of quality, innovation and versatility. The master bedroom in the show house is beautifully decorated. We love the ultra high ceilings that give it a spacious and luxurious feel.

Now in its last phase, Aria Park (Type D) project represents the last chance for buyers to snap up a piece of this luxury property and elevated lifestyle. The good news is that the developer is absorbing Sales & Purchase Agreement Legal fees and Memorandum Transfer of Title (MOT).
