It feels good to indulge once in a while, and we found ourselves dining like a true Italian at Villa Danieli. For the whole month of November, Villa Danieli has specially crafted a menu that boasts of fine Italian cheeses and delicate wines from different parts of the world.
We were told that the cheese offerings comes from five different regions in Italy such as Aosta Valley, Veneto and Lombardy. Each cheeses has different characteristics and flavors and this tasting event provides a great opportunity for those who is interested to learn more about the region and it’s cheese products.
We started our meal with some of Villa Danieli’s signature offerings such as the Taglioloni egg pasta with Porcini and Shimeji mushroom in white truffle butter sauce and parmesan shavings, Villa Danieli`s seafood spaghetti, Pizza Parma – Tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, sea salt aged Beef Ham `Luxury Bovinus`, arugula, parmesan cheese shavings and extra virgin olive oil and Pizza Piemontese – Mascarpone Cheese, Tom.
