Yeah… I agree with you that 747 Char Siew is the best that I’d tried recently… after Meng Kee (but I have not been there for ages)… 747 is nearer to my house

Extra fatty portions? but the Half lean-Half Fat is best, right? Esp the end parts, with the crusty burnt bits.
I’ll take your word for this, for I’ve heard many good reviews on 747.

I guess they re-heat the meat so that it remains warm before serving it to their customers. Not any secret.
The burned part and the sauce is the one that makes the difference. For me, the burned part is the best part of the “char siu”.
