Taiwan Trip Summary:6D6N @ Taipei & Yilan, Taiwan
DOWNLOADS click here. Filed under Taiwan :)
Yes we are back from a 6D6N food trip to Taiwan. We flew Malaysia Airlines and of course,we got a very good seat experience for a decent shut eye. Before we knew it, four hours passed and we arrived to Taoyuan International Airport. Here’s our executive summary, more on the details later!

Note: I have included some places of interest from my latest Taiwan Trip into the itinerary with a “+” sign. Pingxi, Jiufen, Jinguashi, Keelung are townships that lie adjacent to each other. It is best to spend 2D1N to cover places of interest like Pingxi + Jiufen + Jinguashi + Keelung Night Market (spend a night in Jiufen). Mode of transportation includes inter-township buses, taxis or chartered car. It is best to charter a car (check with the B&B owner) to avoid complications and to save time, and the view along the way from Jiufen to Jinguashi (North East Coast東北角海岸) is spectacular!

Hi Carol
Nice to hear from you! I would advise you to skip Yilan and go around Taipei area instead. Our trip was a bit rush due to that.
What have we misses? Hmmm other interesting night markets such as RaoHe, Gong Guan etc. We have skipped a few places of historical value such as Zhong Zheng memorial hall. Maybe you could include that?

I will be going there soon and will surely benefit from your description of the route to each destination. If not too much trouble, I would love to get my hand on a softcopy of your handmade travel guide. (it looks very professionally put together). Hi Liching
Ermmm. I don’t really like the place, it might be me
I would recommend u to stay at a service apartment call “go for travel” but it can only fit max 3 person.
or city inn is a very good hotel, superb location
