Valentine’s Day is here again. Do you always dread Valentine’s Day or do you enjoy and anticipate the gift you’ll be receiving and giving away? Regardless of how you feel about The Day, most of my (guy) friends are under immense pressure for being reminded thirty times by their partner to pick a romantic spot for dinner and to make the floral arrangement earlier so that the girls can receive the bouquet in front of their colleagues/school mates. SO guys, we certainly hope that this little dining guide would help.

Though a meal at Yuzu can take a chunk out of the monthly entertainment budget, it is generally worth it for the excellent quality and ambiance. For something that is light on the pocket, one can always go for the set meal which can easily feed two. The wait staff is always friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about everything on the menu too. I wouldn’t mind returning to Yuzu for some quality Japanese food in the future.

Such a nice research on places to dine during V-day. So, which is the one that you and Lex will be going?
It’s gonna be alone for this V-day. Didn’t really want to plan to bring it forward… However, it could saved for next year V-day for me. Thanks btw…
guess I’m waiting for your Part 2 instead… coz this year budget doesn’t allow for extravagant-kind-of-dinner (^_^)
Couldn’t have been easy compiling this, so hats off.. gr8 job! a really thorough list of venues for V day to be sure;)
well to answer your opening question… we don’t celebrate V day. It’s a matter of principal boycotting the exorbitant prices and opportunistic vendors!
Infact, cumi&ciki, the naughty monkies, make it a point to celebrate one day BEFORE and every other day AFTER valentine’s day just to be annoying… hurhur.. nortie or not? I think we will pick from your list to eat everyday starting, 15th, 16th, 17th.. etc etc… 😛
hugs, C&C … happy chinese new year 🙂
Dubrovnik will be my choice. Spotted it the last I was in Solairs. Exotic and fresh faced!
