Nice stuffs, did u guys also try their signature chilli prawn? It is definitely rice killer where the prawns are first de-shelled and cooked using special chilli sauce.

Wouldn’t the shark meat cooked till too tough that way? Anyway, would love to check out Equine Park one day. Still yet to feel so adventurous to venture there.

Shark meat? Sounds exotic. OTOH, I have to say that the most attractive picture of the lot is the plain rice drizzeld with the dark soy sauce. Looks so appetizing!

Oh, Yap Beng is one of the firsts outlet serving dry bak kut teh in Klang. The shark meat done kung pow style is also served in their original shop in Klang, but the wait for the food on a weekend is HORRENDOUS!

Stir fry shark meat? That’s the first time I’ve heard of it. The closest I ever come to is sharks fin soup but even that isn’t that popular these days with all the environmentalists and animal rights activists… What does this taste like? Ever tried it?
