If, IF lah you 2 ever come to Penang, try the Apong at Burmah Road

There are usually a few stalls, but the one called “Apong Guan” directly opposite the Him Heang biscuit stalls sells the cheapest and nicest apong around.. only 30cents a piece. I’ve seen a guy bought 50 pieces at one go and I was told to wait for an hour.. >.<

Since you are already in this area, you really try the curry fish head at the other end of the appam stall. However they only sell in the afternoon but their fish head and fried chicken is heavenly. Be sure to be there early as it would get rather pack during lunch hours.
