Actually in Ipoh drink which Tau Fu Fah not only sell at Kei Foong or Funny Mountain.
In my opinion there have one stall which name is Lai Kee Soya Bean has been famous already because his non gypsum Tau Fu Fah. this stall also located near the Kei Foong. So as a Wikitravel please update this important infomation. Thanks!

Are you sure funny mountain serves ginger syrup? As far as I know, you don’t get to choose the syrup for funny mountaian, they only have traditional white sugar syrup.

I really like the tau foo fah here. Tried it once and became a fan as it’s so nice and smooth. Too bad it’s so far away or else can eat it more often.
