Penang Village

I went to Alamanda Putrajaya for grocery shopping on my first day of year 2006. Since its public holiday today, the mall was jam packed by people. To avoid the crowd, my friends and i went to Penang Village for dinner. As i had my char beehoon with kg boy earlier, i just ordered a cup of hot teh tarik which costs me RM 3.90. The ambience is very nice, with the ancient feeling of penang. I think three wheeled car resembles them as theres a real one at their doorstep and a miniature one at the cashier. Tenten ordered a nasi lemak with beef rendang while Suyen n Yiquan ordered nasi tomato with curry chicken. RM12.90 for each!

Nasi Lemak with beef rendang, coleslaw ala malaysian style, sambals and fried prawns.

Nasi Tomato with curry chicken, coleslaw ala malaysian style, lobak and papadum

Suyen loves their sambal so much that she ask for another plate of it. The waiter said that they will charge for extra sambals but he’s willingly to give us one.So nice~!!

The overall rating is good. The food is worth for the price.
