Basically most hawker stalls in Penang served good char keoy teow. The best that i have ever eaten is from Sisters at Jalan Macalister, its a greater value for money. Assam Laksa from Air Itam is a must try too, if you are not afraid of the crowd. Adios~! Study time~!
